Elevating everyday heroes in STEM industries through a brand new kind of recruiter.

One of the world’s largest STEM recruiting firms needed to completely rebuild their brand from the ground up. I directed this project as we broke down the old brand to build up a new candidate-centric positioning as well as an energetic visual identity.

Strategy To Design, A Critical Collaboration

Every good brand design system is rooted in the brand strategy. In the case of Elevize, I facilitated collaboration between clints, partners, strategists, designers, and copywriters to translate a net new strategy into an energetic new brand. That brand strategy was ultimately turned into the Brand On A Page which serves as a go-to resource for marketers across the Elevize organization.

Outcomes: Success In Theory

This design system and translation of the strategy was universally lauded by the client team at Elevize. However, after the company hit some financial hurdles, the final brand system was never implemented across the organization. However, I am proud of the collaborative approach we took to this project which was key in keeping the project moving forward at pace and on budget.
